• Gas grill: A gas grill is available for convivial evenings outdoors. Whether it's meat, vegetables, or fish – grilled food tastes twice as good here!
• Small garden: The well-kept garden invites you to linger. Whether sunbathing on the loungers or simply enjoying the fresh air – here you'll find your personal haven of peace.
• Comfortable seating area: The terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating area and a parasol, allowing you to sit outside whatever the weather.

The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area, which is connected to a modern fitted kitchen. Here you'll find everything you need for your stay:

•  Smart TV & Wi-Fi: A smart TV is available for relaxing evenings or watching your favorite series. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, so you can stay online anytime.
• Pellet stove: Our modern pellet stove provides cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere. It creates a pleasant warmth, especially in the cooler months, and creates a cozy ambiance.
• Comfortable kitchen: With a kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and much more, you can easily cook and prepare your own meals.
• Heating & water: The house is well-insulated and equipped with heating, ensuring you stay comfortably warm even in cooler months.

 

Bedroom & Bathroom

• Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, a dresser for your clothes, and a TV for relaxing evenings. The room is comfortably furnished and ensures a restful sleep.

• Additional sleeping accommodation: In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed (200x160cm) or two (200x80cm) that can accommodate additional overnight guests if needed.

• Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine. Towels are also provided for your convenience.

 

Parking & Location

• Free parking: There is a free parking space on the street in front of the house in a quiet cul-de-sac. For more flexibility, there is another parking space about 100 meters away.
• Quiet location: The house is situated in a pleasant environment, ideal for walks, hikes, or bike rides in nature.

Pets welcome!

Your four-legged friends are very welcome! Please bring your own blanket or similar for your pet. We ask that pets are not allowed on the cushions or beds to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
